Fresh juices
Ingredients: 2 Japanese cucumbers and 2 oranges (cut into small part), 1000cc iced water, and appropriate quantity of honey.
Methods: Blended even together with the ingredients as shown as above.
Introduce: Great for moisture liver, best for natural diuretic, secreting and promoting the flow of urine.
This juice may also help for cooling effect, hangover and good for fresh mind.

Vegetables
Ingredients: 400g of ladies’s finger (clean and slant cut into small pieces), a red chilies (remove the chili seeds and cut into small pieces too), 10 prawns, 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of vegetarian oyster sauce, 1.5 of teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of shao Xing wine, 2 teaspoons of corn flour and mixed with 2 tablespoons of water.
Cooking Tips:
1. Heat the wok with add in 2 teaspoons of cooking oil.
2. Pour in chopped garlic to wok and saute it for a while.
3. After that, put cut ladies’s finger, chilies, and prawns into wok. Stir well with all seasoning which including vegetarian oyster sauce, 1.5 of teaspoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of Shao Xing wine.
4. Saute till ladies’s finger are almost cooked. Then pour in corn flour mixture and stir well and dish up.

Vegetarian foods
Ingredients: Ready 10 pieces of thin popiah round shape paper, 10 vegetarian big prawns, Thousand Island salad sauce, half mango (cut into stick shape with approximately 4cm.) and 1 egg (only white egg required)
Wrapping Method:
1. Firstly, place a thin popiah round shape paper on table.
2. Then, add in 1 veg big prawns, and put a mango stick on top of prawn.
3. Squeeze appropriate Thousand Island salad sauce (as personal favorite) on top of mango stick as well.
4. Then, wrap it all up. Using white egg to seal up the edges
then fold in the two sides and roll up. Using flour mixture to seal up the edges.
5. Repeating same method for the rest popiah rolls.
Cooking methods:
1. Deep fry all wrapped popiah in wok until its skin turn to golden brown then serve Crispy Fried Mango Roll while hot.
Come up yummy crispy mango roll.
