Crab Salad Sushi

Ingredients:
Roasted seaweed sheet, crabsticks, sushi rice, prawn roe, salmon, japanese cucumber, japanese mayonnaise

Cooking Steps :
1. Cut roasted seaweed sheet into 2 pieces.
2. Cut cucumber & crabsticks into shreds.
3. Mix cucumber, crabsticks, prawn roe & mayonnaise evenly.
4. Divide sushi rice into 2 equal portions & mould into 2 rectangular-shaped rice balls.
5. Wrap each rice ball with a piece of roasted seaweed sheet.
6. Then, place crabsticks mixture on sushi rice and serve.

Seafood fried rice

Seafood fried rice

Ingredients :
300 grams of rice, 2 eggs beaten, 2 onions chopped, shrimp, cuttlefish, scallops 30 grams, 10 grams of boneless meat, 3 tablespoons oil, pepper, salt, soda. 

Cooking steps :
1. Wash the onion and beat the eggs into the bowl, then filter out the protein where retained the egg yolk.
2. Wash the boneless fish and then cut in sliced.
3. Cuttlefish to outer membrane and then cut into cubes, wash it together with scallops and shrimp, then all put in a bowl, combine with pepper, salt, baking soda, some proteins and starch mix in boiling water.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, add remaining egg protein and fried, add in shrimp, cuttlefish, scallops, boneless fish and stir fried, add in rice, salt, pepper, then fill into the plate, plate edge into the egg pepper.
5. Cook the rice for 2-3 minutes and then serve hot.
