Sour Plum and Papaya

Ingredients :  1 papaya ( not fully ripe ) ( cut into sliced),  salt,  10 sour plums, white vinegar (small bottle),  and sugar.

Cooking Steps :
1. Marinate sliced papaya in a covered container with some salt, 10 sour plums, pour half of bottle of vinegar into it, and add some sugar.
2. Stir a while.
3. Keep it in fridge until next day.
4. Serve cool.

Popiah (prawn spring roll)

Popiah (prawn spring roll)

Ingredients :  Spring Roll skin (1 packet),  1 bunch leek (cut into small pieces), 2 carrots (cut into shreds), dried shrimp 100g,  10 prawns (cut into small pieces) ,  6 red shallots.

Cooking Tips :
1.  Dried shrimp pounded with 6 red shallots.
2.  Heat up the wok with 2 tablespoons oils,  fried the pounded dried shrimps and red shallots till golden color.
3.  Continue fry with prawns together about 1 minutes.
4.  And then pour carrots and leek into it as well.
5.  Add 1 tea of spoon of chicken powder, fry another 3 minutes.
6.  Take out the fried ingredients and drain well.
7.  Leave the fried ingredient cools.
8.  Wrap the fried ingredients with spring roll skin, fold over and seal the edges. 
9.  Once wrapping popiah work is completed.
10. Fried popiah into wok until its skin become golden brown color and can serve.

Big head Sprouts Fried Tofu

Big head Sprouts Fried Tofu

Ingredients : Big head sprouts 200g, 2 pieces of tofu (cut into rectangular shape), salty fish 30g, red chili (cut into shreds), 1 bowl chicken soup, salt and pepper.

Cooking steps:
1. Fried tofu till golden brown. Dish up.
2. Fried salty fish till golden brown. Dish up.
3. Clean the wok. Heat up 2 tablespoon oil.
4. Pour all the ready ingredients into wok fry.
5. Then add appropriate salt and pepper in it.
6. Pour into the chicken soup fry more 1 min. Dish up.
