Ingredients: 3 live crabs, ginger (cut into shreds), 5 red shallots (pounded), Maggi tomato sauce, Chili Sauce, and 1 teaspoon salt.
How to kill live crab:
1. Turn over the crab back side.
2. Use a stick/ chopstick target onto the triangle peak there stab it hard.
3. Sooner, the crab will be dead after that.
4. Remove crab shell and dump away all inner visceral.
5. And then apart crab clamp and legs with body.
6. For ease to eat, use cleaver crack off the surface of the crab clamp by the way.
7. Use clean water rinse off the cut crabs.
Cooking Tips:
1. Heat the wok with 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil.
2. Fry shred ginger together with pounded red shallots until golden color.
3. Pour in all done prepared crabs into wok.
4. Add some tomato sauce, chili sauce and appropriate salt continue to fry until all the color and seasoning mix well.
5. Cover lid to heat the crabs for about 5 minutes.
6. Before remove it from the wok, fry it a while again.
7. Serve it hot.
