Ingredients: 500g of live dog conch and 5 pieces of ginger.
Cleaning dog conchs Tips:
1. Use pipe water to rinse off dirty things that has in inner shell of dog conch one by one.
2. To ensure everything can be drained out from dog conch shell, it is encourage to soak all the rinsed sea snails in a water pan for another 5 minutes.
3. After 5 minutes, take out all the dog conch from pan, arrange it well on a stainless steel plate. (Remember: Place the surface of the shell face on top. By then, inner water of dog conch will ease flow out from shell to plate when the time is steaming. It can serve it as soup.
Cooking Tips:
1. Steam it with boiled up water for about 10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat.
